I think it's fair to say 2020 has been a weird little year!
We know booking a holiday can still be a little uncertain at the moment. To reassure you we've made a few guarantees to you below, and over 2020 we refunded every single person that no longer wanted to take their holiday, or couldn't travel:
If Butlins is closed for any reason during your break, you'll be given a full refund. No admin charge, not voucher or pressure to transfer your break, just a refund in full.
If your area is in a Tier 3 two weeks in advance of the time of your holiday, and you decide you don't want to travel, we'll also refund your break in full.
Whilst social distancing remains in place, we'll transfer break free of charge to alternate weeks if done at least 2 weeks before you're due to travel.
We're also delaying the full balance payment from 8 weeks before, until just 4 weeks before, again whilst social distancing remains in place.
