Our Covid Refund Policy

I think it's fair to say 2020 has been a weird little year!

We know booking a holiday can still be a little uncertain at the moment. To reassure you we've made a few guarantees to you below, and over 2020 we refunded every single person that no longer wanted to take their holiday, or couldn't travel:
  • If Butlins is closed for any reason during your break, you'll be given a full refund. No admin charge, not voucher or pressure to transfer your break, just a refund in full.
  • If your area is in a Tier 3 two weeks in advance of the time of your holiday, and you decide you don't want to travel, we'll also refund your break in full.
  • Whilst social distancing remains in place, we'll transfer break free of charge to alternate weeks if done at least 2 weeks before you're due to travel.
  • We're also delaying the full balance payment from 8 weeks before, until just 4 weeks before, again whilst social distancing remains in place.
