Caravan 159 is a Willerby Salsa 35\u2019x12\u2019 with 3 Bedrooms, Shower Room with toilet and an additional 2nd toilet.\u00a0The caravan, which we privately own, is situated within the Butlin\u2019s Resort in Minehead and is maintained to a very high standard by us personally.<\/span><\/p>

It\u2019s a spacious holiday home which has central heating and double glazing throughout, with a panoramic window to the front. There are smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm fitted and appliances are gas certificate tested.<\/span><\/p>

The caravan is ideally sited\u00a0at the front of the caravan park, just by\u00a0the lake, and with enclosed decking, is perfect if you have children in your party.<\/span><\/p>

Please Note: This Caravan does not allow any pets to be brought, however we do have a small dog who on rare occasions visits the caravan so those with dog allergies may be best not to book this van - that said, on the few occasions our dog does visit, the caravan is always deep cleaned, including full carpet shampoo.<\/span><\/p>

Additional Information<\/strong><\/span>
Duvets, waterproof mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors are supplied, together with duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets (on standard bookings we are not providing linen so you will need to supply your own).<\/span><\/p>

You can add a linen service for \u00a330 to your booking which will include all beds being made up for your arrival.<\/span><\/p>

There is an iron and ironing board supplied for your use.<\/span><\/p>

Strictly no smoking or vaping in the caravan please.<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t

Caravan Facilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Kitchen:<\/strong>\u00a0The kitchen is fully fitted with a 3\/4 sized fridge\/freezer (bigger than typical caravan units), microwave oven, full size cooker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Full inventory of utensils, crockery, cutlery etc... In fact, it\u2019s a real home from home.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Dining Area:<\/strong>\u00a0Dining table with 4 chair sofa and 2 stools.<\/span><\/p>

Living Area:<\/strong>\u00a0In the living area there is an electric fire, 32\" flat screen TV with DVD player and Freeview, PS3, along with a mini hi-fi system.\u00a0Large seating area with fold-out double bed. Panoramic window.<\/span><\/p>

Bedrooms:<\/strong>\u00a0There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double with fitted wardrobe and drawers, mirror and storage under bed. 2 twin rooms with fitted wardrobes and mirrors.. There is also an extra pull-out bed in lounge.<\/span><\/p>

Shower Room:<\/strong>\u00a0Shower with enclosure. Toilet. Wash basin, cupboards and mirror.<\/span><\/p>

Outside:<\/strong>\u00a0Outside is a brand new large area of decking for this season, and a large designated car parking space right next to the van (end space). Additional cars can be parked in the main car park, once they have been unloaded. The decking area now also features a large wooden table and chairs.<\/span><\/p>

You are also welcome to have a BBQ outside however this MUST be done off, and away from the new decking and must not be a disposable BBQ.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t
